In order to increase our production quality, we feel ourselves responsible for increasing our supplier honey production quality and also we are in charge of controlling their activities and materials on regular basis. With more than 500 contracted beekeepers, binbircicek is the only brand in turkey which has the power to control the beekeepers and the quality of the raw honey. We are also producing jams with latest continue-back pasteurization system. We use vacuum lid jars, which no other company uses in turkey. We do not use any additives in our products, even pectin. In our jam producing facilities we pack 4,000 tones of jam annually. We present huge product variety including raspberry, strawberry, apricot, rose, sour cherry, blackberry, orange, peach, fig, quince, plum, rosehip and cornelian cherry under our trademark binbircicek.
